The Delaware Legislature granted the Division of Fish and Wildlife the authority to issue permits for the management of red fox on private lands beginning July 1, 2000. A valid application must be submitted and approved by the Division of Fish and Wildlife. As part of the application process, a wildlife management plan with stated management objectives must be outlined.
