The Pagonis property is situated in Lewes. The site was formerly used for the commercial production of chicken. The present owners wanted to relocate an existing office complex onto the site, and worked with DNREC to ensure the property could be developed. Upon successful investigation of the site, the property now is home to the Kings Mill Professional Center. The new facility involved $1,000,000 dollars worth of capital and structural investments and expanded the employment base.
