State Parks Superintendent Is Dale Carnegie Graduate

Wilmington State Parks Superintendent Andrew D. Roy completed a 12-week Dale Carnegie Course in communications and leadership skills on Aug. 22. The Elkton, Md. resident was chosen by classmates for the Dale Carnegie Course Highest Award for Achievement.

Roy supervises the operation of Brandywine Park, Rockford Park (this year’s winner of Delaware Today’s Readers’ Choice Award for the state’s best public park), Alapocas Woods and Baynard Stadium, the newest additions to the Delaware State Parks system. (Document no. 40-01/00/08/29)
