Public Is Invited to Learn about Proposed Improvements to Brandywine Creek State Park

Proposed improvements to Brandywine Creek State Park will be presented to the public at an open house on Monday, April 2 at the park's nature center. Interested citizens are encouraged to attend.

Division of Parks and Recreation staff will be available from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. to discussed projects including completion of a greenway trail along Creek Road to Rockland Road, a Mount Lebanon Road connector of the Northern Delaware Greenway, and alternative locations for a parking lot at the southeast corner of the park.

Brandywine Creek State Park is three miles north of Wilmington at the intersection of Delaware Routes 100 and 92. The entrance is on Adams Dam Road.
