Penalty Assessment to Mobile Home Owner Withdrawn

A Notice of Administrative Penalty Assessment of $5,000 issued Nov. 15 to David Elliott for discharging untreated wastewater by Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control Secretary Nicholas A. DiPasquale has been withdrawn because the Notice of Penalty Order was issued in error.
