Jan. 4, 2001 For further information, contact William Moyer, Subaqueous Lands Section manager, 302-4691; or Melinda Carl, Information and Education, 302-739-4506 Public Hearing on Subaqueous Lands Application Set for Jan. 10The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control will hold a public hearing Wednesday, Jan. 10 regarding the subaqueous lands application filed by Ann DeMarie to renew a subaqueous lands lease. The hearing will begin a 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria of Lord Baltimore Elementary School, Route 26, Ocean View, Sussex County. The renewal application has been filed to maintain a 5- by 110-foot pier and a 10- by 15-foot dock in the Indian River Bay off County Road 357 in the Pine Shore Acres development, Ocean View. The application and supporting documents may be inspected at DNREC's Dover offices, Wetlands and Subaqueous Lands Section, 89 Kings Highway, between 8:15 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. Monday through Friday. For additional information or an appointment to inspect the application, call 302-739-4691. Statements and testimony may be presented at the public hearing either orally or in writing. Individuals interested in presenting statements are requested to register in advance by mail.
